Our Process
1. Mobilization of Work Force
We promptly mobilize the required workforce once employer clearance is received. Agency fees and terms of business are negotiable during the final agreement stage for mutual convenience.
2. Human resource Procedures
Once clients decide to engage our services, we provide a clear list of HR procedures and prerequisites they need to prepare for a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
3. Requirement Letter
The Requirement Letter, addressed to Alecare Human Resources, must detail worker categories, quantities, salaries, and terms. This document guides the recruitment process accurately. Sample letters are available upon request.
4. Interview
We prefer employers’ representatives to assist in candidate selection. If entrusted, we ensure timely, accurate selection aligned with your specific requirements and preferences.
5. Trade/Skill Test
Trade tests, if needed, are conducted for specific roles under expert supervision. Ale Care HR partners with certified institutes to ensure candidate readiness
6. Deployment / Onboarding
Selected candidates are deployed after final approvals. We manage travel, documentation, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely joining process for every worker.
